At TermoKill Pest Control, we aim to provide professional pest control services efficiently and transparently. Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a scheduled service by notifying us through our official channels (phone, email, or website) in advance. The following rules apply:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect eligibility for future bookings.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule a service by contacting us. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time, subject to technician availability.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided under the following conditions:
- If a service was prepaid and cannot be delivered due to our scheduling error or other service-side issues, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds for dissatisfaction with service results will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require a follow-up inspection.
- Partial refunds may apply if a service has already been partially completed or materials/products have been used.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment within 7–10 business days. Clients will be notified once the refund is issued.
